Introducing the blade-type canvas cleaning device "AOKI Cleaner" that we handle, along with the changes observed in the canvas after installation. Due to the high stickiness of the residual ink heated in the dry part, pitch has adhered in spots to the canvas surface. Before installation, we were rubbing the surface with a metal brush while rotating the canvas during SD. After installation, the adhesion of pitch that caused operational troubles has disappeared, and complaints due to defect troubles have decreased. We would like to introduce the amount of residue and the special blade of our blade-type canvas cleaning device, the "AOKI Cleaner," after 7 days of operation. The adhesive substances on the canvas surface are peeled off due to the foil phenomenon (suction effect) generated in the space created by the special shape of the blade tip. Under the influence of contact pressure, the adhesive substances fuse together one after another, expanding and growing into a band-like form. The band-like surface accumulates a large amount of paper dust while simultaneously removing fiber components. Once it reaches a certain size, it falls and is collected into the save-all due to its own weight. With its powerful cleaning ability from the special blade, it can clean the entire width of the canvas evenly, and since it does not use chemical cleaning, it can be operated at a low cost.
