The 19 mm type, in particular, is designed to be very compact, making it suitable for use in tight spaces. The digital I2C signal used by the MTF-1 transmits data very efficiently with low power consumption, making it ideal for battery-powered solutions. Additionally, the long cycle between battery replacements helps reduce maintenance costs. The I2C protocol transmits temperature signals simultaneously with pressure signals, allowing for equipment condition monitoring. If unexpected temperature changes occur, there may be an issue with the application. This enables the coexistence of condition monitoring and preventive maintenance, significantly extending the system's lifespan and making it easier to plan repairs. The MTF-1 features a dry stainless steel measuring cell that is welded to the process connection, and since the measuring cell is not oil-filled, the risk of media contamination is minimized. The MTF-1 pressure sensor module is provided to customers with a corrected output signal. It does not require field calibration, leading to savings in maintenance time and costs.
