Using the carrier services provided by KDDI, we will obtain and save the voice of service contract users' calls, along with their phone number information, to a hard disk. The saved audio files can be searched and played back using a web browser on a client computer. ● All mobile devices under corporate contracts using "au Office Number," "Office Keitai Pack," and "au Mobile Phone," as well as phone numbers using "KDDI Optical Direct," can be recorded. ● The hardware offering "VR-MP110K SV" allows for recording up to 250 channels. If the number exceeds 250 channels, the software offering "VR-MP110K" can accommodate up to 2,000 channels. ● Audio data search and playback can be operated via a web browser. No separate license is required. ● By registering additional information such as BCD internal extension numbers*, mobile phone numbers, owners, and display names (such as department names) to the dial-in number (office number), it becomes possible to search using the registered information. *When contracted for Business Call Direct.
