By using the "Face-to-Face Recording Server," you can collect and manage audio data recorded on devices (up to 200) that have the Face-to-Face Recording App installed. ● Audio data recorded on devices with the "Face-to-Face Recording App" can be manually or automatically transferred to the "Face-to-Face Recording Server" via the network, allowing for centralized management of the audio data. *Devices must be prepared separately by the customer. ● You can search and play back the audio data collected on the "Face-to-Face Recording Server" using a web browser. No additional license is required. - By registering additional information such as the responder number/name and customer name/number on the device, you can search using the registered information. - You can impose operational restrictions through user ID and password management. Additionally, you can limit search operations by setting up search groups.
