It visually indicates the spray thickness to the operator in real-time using red and green lights. It is also possible to quantify data and create reports.
A laser distance measuring device that integrates a laser distance meter and a display laser light is installed in multiple units around the operator's seat of the spraying machine, allowing for continuous measurement of the thickness during spraying using the laser distance meter. By displaying the excess or deficiency of the spraying thickness on the spraying surface with color (green/red) and irradiation patterns (steady/blinking) using the display laser light, the operator can work while grasping the spraying thickness in real-time. The data of the continuously measured spraying thickness from the laser distance measuring device is automatically saved in the control box and can be output to a report. This eliminates the need for measurement hole operations near the cut face that were previously conducted after spraying work, thereby improving work efficiency and safety.
