The Hot Water Dispenser (Tabletop Electric Kettle) EHWD-14 is an electric kettle that provides water suitable for drinking at temperatures above 90°C "anytime." Its unique "Step Boil" control (patented) allows for gradual water heating, preventing temperature drops while increasing the amount of hot water. Additionally, it automatically replenishes and heats water, eliminating the need for manual water supply tasks. Since its release in 2022, the EHWD-14 series has been well-received, and we are adding a "Cafe Edition" that allows temperature adjustments from 70 to 99°C, specifically for cafes. This excellent machine can precisely specify temperature and water volume not only for hand-drip and siphon coffee extraction and cupping but also for tea and herbal tea. A black color option has been added to the main body, and it features a fixed water dispensing function and Step Boil. *The Step Boil function operates with the specified temperature as the upper limit.

The temperature can be adjusted in the range of 70 to 99℃. It allows for changes to match the different extraction temperatures for coffee beans and tea leaves. Adjustments can be made in 1℃ increments. The Cafe Edition is a "fixed quantity hot water type" that allows you to set the amount of hot water according to the commonly used quantities for coffee and tea. It can be set to dispense between 100 to 990cc with adjustments in 10cc increments.
