We would like to introduce examples of proposals and responses to our customers through our logistics solution services. A customer engaged in the manufacturing and sales of sportswear faced challenges with handwritten content details on the outer boxes upon arrival, leading to frequent typographical errors and illegible handwriting due to the nature of imported goods, resulting in low accuracy. In response, we proposed issuing product labels with barcodes to clearly display the contents of the boxes (such as SKU and quantity), which improved inspection accuracy, clarified products by SKU, and increased storage efficiency.
