This is a seminar focused on the challenges of machining workplaces. It will explain the new production systems and key points for production planning, taking into account the characteristics of the industry.
In the machining workplace, the demand for manufacturing with a variety of products in small quantities and high precision has led many factories to struggle with the challenge of improving productivity. Additionally, while customer demands for shorter delivery times are becoming increasingly stringent, there are also reports of delays due to poor coordination between processes. This seminar will explain a new production system and key points for production planning that aim to maximize the capabilities of operators in the machining workplace to overcome such challenges.
