I will explain the innovative improvement method "One-Piece Flow Production System" born in Japan.
Currently, it is difficult to recruit talent within Japan, and many companies are facing a labor shortage. While it would be ideal to improve internal productivity to address this issue, many companies may have already conducted improvement activities and feel there are no further options available. In this seminar, we will explain how to fundamentally enhance productivity and respond to labor shortages by implementing a continuous production system. We will also discuss inventory reduction and lead time shortening, so I hope you will find it helpful.
