We would like to introduce a case study of our product "Reflector" implemented at Kanri Co., Ltd. As we reached a stage where more specific numbers were required from the sales organization, differences in performance among members began to emerge. We considered improving sales by leveraging the expertise of other companies to create a common language, leading to our decision to implement the product. After the implementation, we utilized the product for sales training and systematization, which resulted in more efficient verbalization and standardization of sales skills among personnel.
