An optional built-in reference pressure sensor enables manual generation of pressure up to +25 bar. The CPH7000 achieves an accuracy of 0.025% and is a portable high-precision pressure calibrator that can perform not only analog pressure measurement, calibration, and verification of pressure transmitters and process transmitters, but also temperature calibration. It can be used in explosion-proof areas, checks pressure switches, and determines switching points. The CPH7000 allows for not only checking transmitters but also simulation and testing, with an optional built-in reference pressure sensor that can manually generate pressures up to +25 bar. It is also possible to simultaneously supply power to external transmitters via an electrical module and measure (or simulate) their output signals. The calibrator can quickly and easily set up calibration routines, execute them with pre-set calibration data, and automatically save measurement values. Through the WIKA-Wireless interface, the completed calibration process can be sent to a PC. This data can be evaluated and stored using WIKA-Cal software. From the above, complete paperless calibration is possible.
