HTR (old model: D-H-R) is an adjustable bolt with built-in bearings that allows for smooth level adjustment with rubber attachments.
It is suitable for adjusting heavy machinery. It is a bearing encapsulated type. The lightweight anti-vibration type makes it difficult for the machine's vibrations to be transmitted to the floor. Due to the use of thick bolts, stability is excellent. Even for machines that are not heavy-duty, smooth adjustments are possible. Structure: A bolt passes through the base, and a washer is placed on the protruding part of the bolt, which is then crimped. The thrust bearing is built into the base but is slightly higher than the height of the base. This structure allows the bearing to bear the load applied to the bolt. To ensure smooth movement of the bearing, please use it with a load of up to 1 ton if possible. To prevent dust from entering the thrust bearing, it is covered with a PP washer. It is manufactured to be equivalent to SS400 and SUS304.
