The HT (old model: D-H) is a bearing-equipped adjustable bolt with a maximum load capacity of 7 tons and allows for smooth level adjustment.
It is suitable for adjusting heavy machinery. Due to the use of large-diameter bolts, stability is outstanding. Since bearings are included, height adjustments can be made smoothly with minimal force, even when the equipment is installed. Structure: A bolt passes through the dish, and a washer is placed on the protruding part of the bolt, which is then crimped. The thrust bearing is built into the dish but is slightly higher than the height of the dish. This structure allows the bearing to bear the load applied to the bolt. To ensure smooth movement of the bearing, please use it with a load of up to 1 ton if possible. To prevent dust from entering the thrust bearing, it is covered with a PP washer. It is manufactured to equivalent standards of SS400 and SUS304.
