basic information
【Concerns in Production Management】 ■ About 600 production records are generated on paper every day, and clerical staff spend 1 to 2 hours daily on transcription work. ■ Even with the introduction of IT systems, they are ultimately not used due to resistance from the field. ■ There is no IT department, and inquiries about systems (Excel) are directed to someone in accounting who seems somewhat knowledgeable. ■ Young employees were sent to a seminar to consider implementing electronic forms, but it ultimately did not yield results. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
