Bridge demolition using blasting. It significantly reduces dangerous tasks such as high-altitude work and the rigging of heavy objects.
A bridge spanning National Route 417 in Ibi River Town, Ibi District, Gifu Prefecture. With the opening of a bypass due to the development of new tunnels and bridges, the Shinkawajiri Bridge (the old bridge), built in 1961, has completed its 60-year service and was dismantled using blasting methods. - Structure: Steel Langer Bridge - Bridge Length: 136.7 m - Width: 5.5 m - Weight: 223 tons On both sides of the bridge, steel components were cut using V-shaped blasting lines and dropped directly onto a work platform created on the riverbed of the Ibi River, facilitating safe mechanical dismantling on the ground. [Features] - Elimination of the need for large-scale scaffolding, leading to reduced construction time and cost savings. - Significant reduction in high-altitude work that poses risks of falling. - Major reduction in hazardous work associated with lifting heavy objects. - No special equipment required due to gravity-based dropping. - The shape after dropping is relatively stable, allowing for smooth subsequent mechanical dismantling. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Since its establishment, our company has consistently contributed to various types of demolition and renovation work, primarily focusing on the dismantling of explosives. In the renovation of blast furnaces at steel mills, we efficiently dismantle extremely hard residual slag, which poses challenges due to high temperatures, using our unique blasting technology. We have received high praise from clients regarding the construction period and safety. Additionally, in urban areas, we are actively researching new explosive materials in collaboration with our affiliated company, China Chemical & Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., to enable safe and effective blasting operations, and we are committed to their implementation and dissemination.
