<NETIS Registered Technology> Cross-section Restoration Work Appearance Management System Hatsuly
Hatsuly
For bridge and road repair work! 3D shape management system "Hatsuly" for chipping depth and mortar quantity cross-section restoration!
"Hatsuly" is a NETIS registered technology that allows for the acquisition of point clouds from areas where chipping has occurred using devices like iPads, and uploads this data to the cloud, enabling automatic calculation of chipping depth and volume. Since it can perform a comprehensive comparison with design values and automatically generate reports, it contributes to reducing construction management labor (labor-saving), eliminating the need for on-site inspections, and optimizing the usage of materials such as mortar (reducing waste concrete and discarded concrete). Hatsuly contributes to improving productivity in maintenance and repair work, as well as addressing social issues related to the longevity and resilience of aging infrastructure. basic information
When you upload point cloud data of rebar scanned with a LiDAR-equipped iPad or similar device to Hatsuly, the volume of the suspended areas is automatically calculated just by clicking to specify the inspection range on the screen. After that, by modeling the rebar, the depth of suspension and cover thickness, among other parameters, are automatically detected all at once. A pass/fail judgment can be made by comparing the design values with the calculated values, and reports are automatically generated, making it easy to share with clients, designers, and others along with various 3D data. 【Planned Features for Future Implementation】 - Modeling function for rebar and planes - Automatic calculation function for depth (three types) - Automatic calculation function for required mortar volume - Report output function for calculation results - Client invitation function - Output function for 3D models Reference NETIS Registration Number KK-230066-A https://www.netis.mlit.go.jp/netis/pubsearch/dtlprint?regNo=KK-230066%20

Applications/Examples of results
- It is possible to resolve issues such as the large number of measurement points, increased man-hours due to multiple workers, and discrepancies in the calculated quantities regarding the depth of chipping and the amount of mortar in repair work. - Through discussions with infrastructure owners such as highways and railways, functional development can be carried out, allowing for immediate application on-site. - By implementing features specifically tailored for repair work and eliminating other functions, usability is prioritized.
