The 【STT Series】 is a testing machine that visualizes the twisting phenomenon (lead structure) of shafts using light diffraction. It enables rapid and reliable quality control right next to the machining process. Tests can be conducted in seconds, achieving a significant speed increase compared to traditional methods. The lineup includes "STT-NO," which performs direct inspections with an integrated magnifying glass; "STT-NK," which reads test results with a compatible digital camera; and "STT-NV," which reads with a compatible digital camera and conducts dynamic tests on a PC screen.

Twist Phenomenon Test by STT (Lead Structure) To prevent leakage from the radial shaft, it is necessary to manufacture the shaft's sealing surface in such a way that it does not cause a twist phenomenon. By utilizing light diffraction, we can visualize lead structures with amplitudes far below the roughness of the sealing surface. Quality control can be reliably conducted quickly during the processing stage. Testing can be performed in just a few seconds, improving work efficiency. Dp (period length) and Dt (twist depth) can be visualized. This can be applied to shafts longer than 15mm.
