By modifying the base concrete (substrate concrete) and then applying surface coating materials and cross-section repair materials, it provides double protection for the concrete surface and its exterior (both inside and outside), extending the lifespan of existing concrete structures. ■ Preventive maintenance and longevity measures can be implemented without significantly increasing the budget. By applying the solidified silicate-based surface impregnation method in addition to conventional repair methods, it is possible to keep costs down while implementing preventive maintenance and longevity measures. ■ The repair effect can be expected to last for a long time.
