The "CS-21 Builder" is a two-component silicate-based surface impregnation material that is particularly effective for neutralized concrete. It is used by mixing a main agent with an additive primarily composed of calcium hydroxide, which is often lacking in existing concrete. After mixing, it maintains a liquid state for a certain period, gelifying and remaining within the penetrated voids.
