Union Sync will exhibit at the "In-house Business Efficiency EXPO" and is scheduled to introduce the workflow system "Business Designer," aimed at internal control, for streamlining ISO27001/ISMS operations. Aichi Prefecture is promoting the planned development of digitalization and DX based on the "Aichi DX Promotion Plan 2025." As part of this initiative, it is implementing the "AICHI X TECH" project, which provides ICT-based solutions to various challenges within the prefectural government. In this context, 65 proposals were submitted in response to the 10 administrative challenges presented by the prefecture. After a selection process involving the ICT Policy Promotion Supervisor, the DX Promotion Office, and the departments that presented the challenges, 9 demonstration project operators were selected, among which Union Sync was chosen for one project. In response to the challenge from the Health and Medical Bureau's Hygiene Research Institute to "digitalize the infectious disease occurrence trend survey and improve the efficiency of administrative work," we propose to utilize a workflow system and RPA to enhance administrative work efficiency.
