Mask fit test - home visit type - in-office type
Due to the revision of the Specific Chemical Substance Hazard Prevention Regulations, it will be mandatory to conduct a fit test for respiratory protective equipment once every year. A fit test is a test conducted to evaluate whether a mask fits snugly against the wearer's face. Up to 2 free retests are allowed on the same day. 2. 【In-house Mask Fit Test】 (Conducted at our company) 【Details】 Measurement fee for 1 person: 15,000 yen (excluding tax) Implementation date and time: Every Friday from 10:00 to 16:00 (reservation required) Please prepare the mask yourself. If you wish to test with a replaceable mask, please prepare a test adapter compatible with the mask.
