No need for vacuum chamber pressure reduction! High-sensitivity measurement of hydrogen using semiconductor gas sensors.
The "PDHA-4000" is a device for analyzing hydrogen in solid metallic materials such as iron. The sample is heated from -100°C using a thermal desorption system (SDS-P3), and the resulting trace hydrogen is measured with high sensitivity using SGC (SGHA-P3-A1). Analysis can be performed under atmospheric pressure, and measurements can be taken using argon, nitrogen, or bottled air. Additionally, it features automatic measurement by PC, graphical display of calculation results, and data storage capabilities. 【Features】 ■ High sensitivity measurement of hydrogen using a semiconductor gas sensor (10 to 10,000 vol.ppb) ■ Measurement time as short as 2 minutes per measurement ■ Heating range from -100 to 800°C, with a heating rate adjustable from 1 to 1200°C/hour ■ Program for converting hydrogen release amount to mass ppm ■ Safety device included with dedicated rack *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We manufacture sensors, detectors, modules, various leak checkers, and compact gas chromatographs that incorporate gas sensing technology adopted by Toyota's "MIRAI." Our ultra-sensitive compact gas chromatograph, which consolidates this expertise, can quantify gases at the ppb level. It is actively used by a wide range of end-users and applications, including universities, research institutions, automobile manufacturers, electronics manufacturers, as well as in atmospheric environment monitoring, gas in steel materials, gas generated during cultivation, biogas, and filter performance evaluation.
