We would like to introduce a case where 'Visual Factracer' was implemented in a residential equipment manufacturing factory. In this factory, even if defective products were discovered on the production line before shipment, it took a considerable amount of time to investigate which process the issue occurred in, relying on human memory. After the system was implemented, it became possible to search for the target products from videos of all processes using keywords such as LOT numbers and confirm them visually. Since searches can be conducted instantly, it was possible to trace back to the problematic process without wasting time by narrowing down the relevant footage.
