A device that allows you to handle heavy objects at will.
This is a power assist device designed to move lifted workpieces with light force. You can hold the workpiece directly with both hands and smoothly raise and lower it. The compact model weighs only 8.5 kg and can handle workpieces up to 60 kg. It allows for precise positioning where you want to stop, enabling gentle handling with both hands that won't damage the workpiece. We offer comprehensive proposals, including custom lifting devices and ceiling cranes tailored to the workpiece. We also have HACCP-compliant types available for the food industry. 【Features】 ○ Constant weight detection with sensors ○ Operates simply by plugging into an outlet ○ Positioning can be done in millimeter increments ○ Movement can be customized according to the task ○ Flexibly accommodates workpieces of varying weights ● For more details, please contact us.

basic information
■ Safety You can customize safety measures, upper and lower limits, and speed settings to suit the user. It constantly detects force during operation to prevent the hook from bouncing. When the power is off or in an emergency stop, the brake holds the position of the chain, preventing the workpiece from falling. ■ Operability You can hold the workpiece directly with both hands and work with light force. It detects human force and assists, allowing for smooth movements as desired. Equipped with a standard "inertia canceller" that cancels the inertia of the workpiece's movement, enabling safer handling of ultra-heavy objects. ■ Precision Supports precise assembly regardless of the weight of the workpiece. ■ Specifications Lightweight ・ML-40K, MLS-60K Dustproof and all-weather ・MLT-60K, 120K, 240K Standard ・ML-60K, 120K, 240K, 480K Ultra-heavy ・MLH-480K, 960K, 1500K, 2000K HACCP ・MLF-60K, 120K, 240K Dustproof ・MLP-480K

Detailed information
-
Electric Balancer Moon Lifter Usage Image It detects human power and provides assistance, achieving a stress-free and smooth movement for the user. It allows for work with both hands in a balanced state. It strongly supports lifting, transporting heavy objects, and precise assembly.
-
Electric Balancer Moon Lifter Inertia Canceller Even with an electric balancer that allows handling heavy objects with a sense of weightlessness, it was necessary to continuously apply force in the opposite direction to stop a workpiece that had gained momentum. By activating the "Inertia Canceller," you can safely lift and lower while improving work efficiency.
-
Electric Balancer Moon Lifter Parallel Operation Option Assists with long or large workpieces, enabling one-person operation. Maintains balance while always keeping parallel. Can also be used as a regular balancer with a setting switch.

Company information
Unipulse Corporation is a sensor manufacturer. We develop a wide range of products using advanced technologies, including digital indicators for optimal load application in press-fitting and crimping, capacitive non-contact displacement sensors, spindle clamping force measurement devices, small-diameter tool gripping force gauges, and rotary torque meters. In particular, the UTM series of rotary torque meters has become the standard for shaft-type torque measurement and is used in many development and manufacturing sites. In recent years, we have internalized strain gauge production and are manufacturing load cells and multi-force gauges in-house. Our subsidiary, Robotech, develops and sells products such as Uniservo (electric torque actuators) and Moonlifter (electric balancers). Notably, the electric balancer, which constantly detects force and position using load sensors and servo motors, allows for the movement of heavy objects with the sensitivity of human hands. We have received much positive feedback for its unprecedented ease of use. Moving forward, the Unipulse Group will continue to prioritize research and development, delivering products that are first in Japan and the world.
