The "Field Academy" is a human resource development program born from a demonstration project by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, aimed at tackling "questions without answers." By stepping outside the familiar confines of their companies and engaging with real situations at the forefront of society, participants redefine their connections with society, their immediate work, and their own companies by confronting challenges that lack clear solutions.
