The strongest ally of small construction vehicles - special magnet filters -
Magnet Filter MAGNOM (Magnum)
We will completely solve the long-standing issue of small work vehicles equipped with HST that cannot use standard circuit filters! Here is an introduction to an affordable, compact, and easy-to-install product.
The HST allows for stepless speed changes and switching between neutral, forward, and reverse with a single lever operation. However, due to the high-pressure hydraulic lines and the structure that causes the oil flow direction to switch bi-directionally every time the work vehicle moves forward and backward, a standard circuit filter cannot be used. A device with two sets of high-pressure filter housings, each equipped with a check valve, is necessary, but there are the following challenges: - It requires a large installation space. - It incurs significantly high costs. In small systems, the only countermeasure that can be implemented is to install a strainer at the outlet of the reserve tank at best. As a result, we have been unable to find appropriate countermeasures for problems caused by fine iron-based contaminants suspended in the oil. Magnum solves these issues all at once: - It is compact, easy to install, and very inexpensive. - It can be directly connected to bi-directional lines. - There is almost no pressure loss even when it becomes full of contaminants. - Captured iron-based fine particles do not reflow downstream. - It is suitable for high-pressure lines (guaranteed pressure 6000 psi). - It captures 99.97% of iron-based contaminants at the 10um level. Please give it a try.

basic information
■Removal of fine particles is possible The Magnum can capture fine magnetic particles (submicron: 10μm to 0.07μm) that cannot be removed by filters using filter paper or mesh, such as cartridge filters. ■No clogging Due to its special structure, where magnets are sandwiched between special plates, it does not block the flow path in the area where iron powder is captured. Therefore, it does not cause any clogging or pressure loss. Even when the capture capacity limit is reached, it does not hinder the operation of the device. ■Powerful capturing ability The magnets enhance magnetic flux through a special arrangement, resulting in a significant difference in the capturing ability of iron powder compared to simple magnets. Unlike conventional magnetic filters, which can only capture contaminants from liquids close to the magnets, this structure greatly improves the cleanliness of the fluid. ■No re-release Captured contaminants are stored in a powerful accumulation area separate from the flow path. The dangerous phenomenon that can occur with regular magnetic filters, where the magnetic force weakens as you move away from the magnet, causing once-captured and solidified contaminants to re-release as a mass, does not happen at all.
