To electronic component manufacturers, we would like to introduce a case study of the design and manufacturing of an assembly machine. The company faced a decline in production speed and bottlenecks due to the aging of existing manufacturing equipment. There was no maintenance from the manufacturer, and customizing off-the-shelf products was costly, causing difficulties. Therefore, we implemented the design and manufacturing of an assembly machine aimed at improving production speed.
