To electronic component manufacturers, we would like to introduce a case study of the design and manufacturing of an assembly machine. The company faced a decline in production speed and bottlenecks due to the aging of existing manufacturing equipment. There was no maintenance from the manufacturer, and customizing off-the-shelf products was costly, causing difficulties. Therefore, we implemented the design and manufacturing of an assembly machine aimed at improving production speed. After the introduction of the assembly machine, we achieved an increase in production speed through a cam mechanism, resolving the bottleneck.
