To achieve greater effects of automation! A clear direction for risk verification and a structured sequence of steps are essential.
Automation can be successfully implemented with visible benefits in some cases, while in others, drawbacks become prominent and it may not operate effectively. One reason for difficulties could be the consideration of introducing robots or referencing similar cases from other companies without adapting them for our own use. If issues are only recognized after implementation, it can lead to additional costs and labor. To avoid such situations as much as possible, we have summarized key points from this perspective. For more details, please download the catalog and take a look. 【Key Points】 ■ Clearly define the "purpose" of automation ■ Share the "purpose" of automation ■ Conduct preemptive risk assessment ■ There are patterns where automation is difficult ■ Set specific goals (challenges) and seek external consultation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

We are a manufacturer specializing in the design and production of dedicated machines, including press-fitting and testing/measuring devices, as well as robots. Regarding press-fitting, we have developed our own testing equipment that can propose numerical values such as load even in the prototype stage, and we accept various consultations that include issues related to specifications and design. With the aim of solving "customer challenges and concerns," we have seen a demand for automation in press-fitting machines and inspection devices in recent years. For example: - Equipment that includes loading and unloading (packaging) for press-fitting devices - Inspection of products from all directions (automation of visual inspection) To respond more precisely to these needs, we have introduced robots in-house, evolving our role from mere transportation to verifying and proposing changes in the work itself. Leveraging our past achievements, we are open to various consultations from across the country, even for projects that have been declined elsewhere, maintaining a challenging attitude without being constrained by fixed ideas. We aim to provide flexible proposals tailored to our customers, understanding both the advantages and disadvantages of using "robots at times and no robots at other times," based on our proven track record. In 2022, to tackle new jigs that had been abandoned due to the limitations of handling multiple products and weight restrictions in traditional metal processing, we introduced a 3D printer.
