The "DTI system" is a torque management system that embeds a mechanism within the bolt to detect slight elongation caused by axial force, displaying the degree of elongation (i.e., axial force) through a color change from red to black. Insufficient axial force due to improper tightening during bolt fastening operations increases the risk of breakage and other issues. By using this system, it is possible to confirm that the planned initial axial force has been achieved at all fastening points.
