Solving injection molding machine problems with super bolts! A case of achieving optimal bolt fastening.
We would like to introduce a case study of Sodick Co., Ltd., which adopted Nord-Lock products. Our engineers examined the design of Sodick's bolt fastening components and noticed that the tie rod bolts of their injection molding machines were being fastened using traditional methods. As a result, we adopted our "Superbolt." Consequently, this product resolved the issues with the injection molding machines. We received reports that "the customer's site is operating quickly and smoothly, and they are satisfied." Company information
Nortlock Japan Co., Ltd. aims to be a partner in solving all bolt fastening challenges, centered around four brands: the "Nortlock Washer," a locking mechanism that does not rely on friction and prevents loosening; the "Superbolt," which allows enormous bolts and nuts that cannot be tightened by hand to be tightened with just one torque wrench; the "Boltight," which can simultaneously tighten multiple large-diameter bolts with uniform pressure; and the "Expander," a pivot pin for construction and heavy machinery that can be used semi-permanently.
