The "DS Wall Wrapping Wall" is a wood grain fire-resistant decorative panel for interior use, made by pressing a wood grain sheet onto a calcium silicate board that has been 3D machined with NC machinery. The standard products come in two sizes: 6 feet and 8 feet, with 9 types of 3D machined patterns on the substrate surface and 12 types of finishing wood grain sheets. Please choose from the various combinations available. The standard wood grain finishing sheets are the Belvian (Takiron C.I.) WR series OAK/SC Oak (half board) in 12 varieties. Samples of the wood grain sheets can be obtained directly from the sheet manufacturers to check the color and texture of the actual products. <Points> ■ A proposal for wood grain fire-resistant interior finishing materials as an alternative to natural fire-resistant wood. ■ Maximum size of W900×H2400 is available, compatible with decorative sheets from various manufacturers (inquiry required). ■ Can be used in parts of buildings subject to interior restrictions >>> Fire resistance certification number: NM-2155. <Custom Orders> The maximum size for custom orders is W900×H2400 (thickness 8mm, type without core). While it is compatible with decorative sheets from various manufacturers, sheets that do not support 3D processing cannot be produced. Additionally, there may be cases where even 3D-compatible sheets cannot be produced.
