Preventing information leaks! Introducing cases where emails and schedules can now be accessed from outside the company.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Takumi tacmi" at Ueki Group Co., Ltd. The company felt that they could not use email and schedules from outside the organization, which was a challenge for them. They were also concerned about information leakage when using groupware from outside. After the introduction of Takumi tacmi, they distributed company-issued smartphones and implemented cookie authentication for each device, allowing for the use of email and schedules from outside the organization. [Challenges] - Unable to use email and schedules from outside the organization - Concerned about information leakage when using groupware from outside - Needed to make real-time changes in response to organizational changes and personnel transfers - Felt burdened by having to complete all tasks on the night of the fiscal year-end - Wanted to prepare organizational change and personnel transfer information in advance to reduce the concentration of work at the fiscal year-end *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
