The permanent magnet suspended magnetic separator is a magnetic separator that separates magnetic and non-magnetic materials using magnetic force. It can be installed outdoors due to its weather-resistant mechanism! Since it uses permanent magnets, maintenance is easy, and no power supply is required for generating magnetic force. If you want to extend the position for dropping the iron attracted by the magnetic separator beyond the standard specifications, we can accommodate this by changing the dimensions of the built-in magnet section and the frame. If the drive motor of the magnetic separator interferes with surrounding equipment due to the surrounding environment of the installation site, it is possible to change the motor position. Additionally, as a countermeasure for magnetization when sorting materials with a high iron contamination rate, it is possible to change the material of the frame and pulley to SUS304. This is effective when there is a large amount of iron attracted over a certain period, causing the frame and pulley to become strongly magnetized. We also provide engineering for optimal line design based on the manufacturing site line flow.
