It is used for measuring signal lights and track relays. For signal lights, the voltage and current of each indication are measured. It is compatible with both LED and bulb types. For track relays, it measures track voltage, local voltage, and phase difference at each phase state (90 degrees, 45 degrees, 0 degrees). It is capable of measuring binary 2-position relays and binary 3-position relays for commercial track circuits or divided frequency track circuits, and it can measure one track relay at a time.
