"Transport more freely and easily." This is the 1-ton type of AGV 'S-CART' equipped with guide-less driving. It carries cargo on pallets.
The S-CART features guide-less operation while maintaining a load capacity of 1,000 kg and includes a lateral (crab walking) function. The laser sensors detect obstacles up to 4 meters in all directions, and bumper obstacle sensors are placed all around for safety. An automatic lift-up mechanism for pallet (T11 type) loading is also available as an option. (Please inquire about the dedicated pallet rack.) This AGV emphasizes ease of use, including standard non-contact charging functionality. *As of April 1, 2023, "Nidec Sankyo Corporation" has changed its name to "Nidec Drive Technology Corporation."
