We would like to introduce a case where the area in front of the garage and the external parking space were melted using electric heaters due to the construction of a new residential building. This area experienced heavy snowfall, exceeding 100 cm per day at times. However, since it was determined that installing a boiler was not preferable for an all-electric home, an electric system was adopted.
