The "ecoweb(TM) geocell" is made from high-density polyethylene that is formed into a honeycomb shape using ultrasonic welding. It is a construction method that fills local excavated soil or crushed stone to provide a constrained supporting ground. In the subgrade, the geocell layer effect can be achieved with a CBR of 3% or less, and it is provided in a thin layer.
