Red rust turns into black rust with one-tenth the volume! A case where the red rust problem was solved by implementing it for less than one-twentieth of the cost.

This property is 12 years old and uses polyvinyl chloride lining steel pipe (VLP) for the water supply pipe joints. The estimated cost for future renovation work to replace these with stainless steel pipes as a measure against future red rust blockage is expected to exceed approximately 100 million yen per building. Additionally, when measuring the red rust blockage rate at the dissimilar metal joint of the kitchen water supply pipes in two units, the rates were found to be 77.5% and 37.3%.
