Showcase experiential new office building

Installed 13 types of air conditioning systems in 9 zones! Equipped with a kitchen ventilation fan exclusively for IH cooking heaters.

We would like to introduce the experiential new headquarters of Kyoritsu Airtech Co., Ltd. On the 1st floor entrance, we have installed an air curtain "Nioh Zou" that creates an invisible curtain of air to suppress the intrusion of outside air. It blows a stable airflow from a bell-mouth shaped nozzle and improves the efficiency of airflow recovery by curving the intake. On the 3rd floor, we have set up four types of "Cool Warm Panels" and "RP-C" in the meeting space and conference rooms, as well as a kitchen ventilation fan "Slim Haiki II" specifically for IH cooktops.
