How to Promote Sustainable and Continuous Workplace Improvements【Astech On Demand】

basic information

There are many improvement methods, such as IE techniques and 5S, but are we correctly understanding these methods and implementing activities? Additionally, the improvements made need to be integrated into regular operations and practiced daily for their effects to be realized. Are we able to undertake such efforts? We often hear voices from many companies saying, "We are doing on-site improvements, but we don't see any results," or "We engage in activities when we launch a project, but they don't become established." In this seminar, we will explain how to effectively utilize improvement methods to advance on-site improvements and how to ensure they become established, using specific examples.
