Lightweight and smart stainless steel sliding door
This is a stainless steel sliding door with excellent weather resistance. Except for some visible parts, it is made entirely of stainless steel, making it suitable for rooms where aluminum or steel cannot be used due to chemical resistance and other factors. The surface material of the door itself is made of stainless steel plate as thin as 0.5mm, and the interior consists of an aluminum frame and either paper honeycomb or styrene foam, allowing for very lightweight opening and closing compared to typical stainless doors. It is available in three types: manual, self-closing, and automatic, and the stainless steel rail cover can optionally accommodate a sanitary cover (sloped cover). The guide block is stored inside, and a rubber seal is rotated at the opening to enhance airtightness. The surface material can also be made of colored steel plates or aluminum in addition to stainless steel plates. It can accommodate different surface materials on each side, such as one side being stainless steel and the other side being colored steel. The guide block is located at two points (one set) at the leading and trailing edges of the door.
