Regarding the content of the lecture With the enforcement of the work style reform-related laws, workplaces have increasingly demanded better working conditions for employees. Amidst this, the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic necessitated a rapid response to infection prevention, leading to the promotion of telework and digital transformation. According to the Labor Safety and Health Survey conducted in fiscal year 2020, it was reported that approximately 10% of workplaces had employees who took leave for more than a month or resigned due to mental health issues in the past year. Effective mental health management for workers has become an urgent issue.
