Fileforce Drive installed on the PC is mounted as a drive like a physical hard disk, enabling seamless operation. Drive letters can also be specified as desired.

You can easily save files by dragging and dropping them into Fileforce Drive, and you can open files from Explorer and edit them directly, making it convenient to use business tools like Office files.

With Fileforce Drive, only the necessary information from the data on Fileforce is synchronized and displayed, eliminating unnecessary data exchanges, allowing for smooth and comfortable use as if files were stored on the PC. Additionally, since file data is not downloaded, it does not burden the PC's hard disk, and encrypted cache data is retained for a certain period to enable fast file display. Fast file display is possible, just like with a local drive.

Like a file server, it has a company-wide common folder directory structure, allowing for the inheritance of file server operations and flexible reproduction of the folder structure. The folder paths can also be used company-wide, enabling efficient internal file sharing.

Fileforce displays only the folders accessible to users, with company-wide shared folders shown in yellow and project folders for file sharing with internal and external members represented by pink icons, making the design easy to understand. Additionally, there is a blue personal folder for individual file storage, and folders for sharing files with other members under that are shown in green, clearly visualizing the scope of sharing.
