By having the "rack scaffolding" cover below in advance, we were able to eliminate the need for traffic regulations on the national road!
We would like to introduce our construction achievements for the new installation of the Takashu Viaduct (a steel 5-span continuous 2-main mixed girder bridge, and a steel 5-span continuous 2-main plate girder bridge) on the Tokyo Gaikan Expressway. To reduce the necessary traffic regulations on the national road during the installation of the full suspended scaffold, we adopted the "rack scaffold." By covering the area below the full suspended scaffold installation in advance, we were able to eliminate the need for traffic regulations on the national road. 【Overview】 ■ Location/Prefecture: Saitama Prefecture ■ Client: NEXCO East Japan ■ Construction Company: Tokyo Steel Bridge Co., Ltd. and Katayama Structec Co., Ltd.
