This is a shelf-life extender that is effective for antibacterial, antifungal, and freshness preservation, using the spicy component allyl isothiocyanate found in natural wasabi and activated carbon from coconut shells. The packaging of the individual packets uses materials that are excellent in oil and water resistance. There is no problem even if it comes into direct contact with food.
