The "TEX25 αIII" is a high-spec compact twin-screw extruder equipped with features such as ultra-high torque (torque density: 18.2 Nm/cm³), temperature control sections for each cylinder (1-by-1 correspondence), and wear-resistant screws. With the standard accompanying mixing simulation software "TEX-FAN," it is possible to analyze internal pressure, temperature, residence time, and filling rate. By quantitatively evaluating the mixing performance of the extruder, it supports process development.
