The "Multi-Family Housing Automatic Drawing System" is a system that automatically creates design drawings for low-rise to mid-rise multi-family housing using ARCHICAD. Users can select housing units from several prototypes, set the number of spans and floors per level, and automatically generate a BIM model for the entire building. In addition to being able to check the building volume in 3D through the BIM model, it can simultaneously create floor plans, elevation views, section views, and reference drawings. Furthermore, the unit plans and finishing materials can be tuned to meet client needs.
