ReQA by Reckeye is a system that allows customers visiting the sales office (model room) to input surveys via a tablet.

The survey response data entered into ReQA is directly "sent and registered" into the prospective customer management system ReSFA, eliminating the need for double data entry and avoiding input errors. *Note: ReQA requires the introduction of ReSFA as a prerequisite.
Applications/Examples of results
■Loading Existing Customer Data By entering the ReSFA customer ID into the tablet device, the basic information and survey response results (if available) for the respective customer will be loaded and displayed on the screen. ■Survey Responses The survey questions and response options belonging to the category of the selected property will be displayed. If your company has set unique response options for a specific question at the property level from the "Name Master (per property)," these will be prioritized over common response options. The response options in ReSFA will also follow this rule. If no unique options exist, the common response options will be displayed. To make it easier to answer and to track progress, the questions will be displayed one page at a time. There is no data saving function during the response process, so if the survey is interrupted, you will need to start over from the beginning. Please note that the tablet device will time out after two hours of continuous inactivity. ■Sending Customer and Survey Response Data to ReSFA After completing the survey, the response results will be sent to ReSFA. If any mistakes are found in the survey responses after data transmission, corrections will be made in ReSFA. ■Customer Card Output The survey response results will be output as a "Customer Card" in PDF format.
