We would like to introduce a case where a robot is used to dispense sauces and creams onto food items flowing on a conveyor belt. Previously, only hoses were used, but we installed sanitary swivel joints at both ends of the hose connection between the dispensing part of the arm and the replenishment pot, reducing the strain on the hose. The dispensing action onto food items on the conveyor belt requires the robot arm to follow precise and rapid movements. As a result, the load on the hose accumulated, leading to damage.
