We would like to introduce a case study from a cheese factory of a company that has been manufacturing and selling dairy products for over 100 years. Soft solid natural cheese is transported through piping to a heating oven. It is introduced from the top of the oven, and when closing the oven lid or tilting, it is necessary to move the piping horizontally. The conventional method of removing and reattaching standard fixed piping clamps to change the piping position was inefficient and required improvement. When blending several types of cheese, there were many points for attaching and detaching clamps during piping changes, which was inefficient, so we introduced "sanitary swivel joints."
